Maybelline Superstay 24 Color VoxBox Review!

Hello everyone! It's been a while since I've posted any blog entries and I totally apologize about that. LIFE has been happening lately. Anywho, I got a super FAB Influenster Beauty voxbox the other day and I wanted to share my thoughts about it with you! This blog entry is geared toward the ladies, obviously lol.

Maybelline sent me 2 brand new Superstay 24 color lipglosses in a light shade and in a dark shade as you can see in the pictures above. The light shade is called 136 Constant Toast and the darker shade is called 025 Keep Up The Flame. 

In the picture above I have on the Constant Toast and let me just say that I'm NOT a fan of this color. It's way too light for me! I would have preferred a bright shimmery or non-shimmery pink. But I do love the fact that it stays ON no matter what! You're supposed to first apply the gloss, wait about 2 minutes or a lil less, then apply the lip balm as seen in the picture below.

Check out the applicator on this bad boy! I LOVE it!!! ^_^ What do you think? Made for luxurious comfort! lol

Next we have one of my fav lipgloss colors: Keep Up The Flame! Omg do you SEE how sexy this color is?! Ladies you can believe every single word I'm about to tell you....once you apply this combo, THERE'S NO SMEARING OFF! Kiss your man, sip your coffee/tea, accidentally wipe your resume paper across your lips...it AIN'T COMIN' OFF!!!! Wooo Hooooo!!!!! Wear this on a hot date or on date night with your Prince Charming...kiss him passionately...not only will he be super perked up to see you with it on but when he realizes the passionate kiss wasn't a messy one with red lipstick all over his lips, he'll love you even MORE honey! "Yaaaaaassss!!!", as they say lol ;)

Now, the reason for the fading is because I wanted to show you all how I was FINALLY able to remove the lipgloss after it dried up. At first I thought it would be IMPOSSIBLE to remove cuz I tried the good ol' washcloth and water but that didn't work lol. Then a sudden thought came to me..."COCONUT OIL!!!!" Yes! I remembered that coconut oil is the top BEST and all-natural makeup remover! It will take you a couple of tries...I'd say about 6-8 wipes. Your lips may feel slightly raw afterwards so just apply a very moisturizing lip balm when you're done. Voila! 

This is the amazing coconut oil I used to remove the stubborn, yet gorgeous lipgloss! Any coconut oil will do the job right so hakuna matata!
