1. DON'T PANIC!
2. Ginger Lemon Honey Tea (for throat and lungs...the main miracle-worker! It heals the throat and stops any discomfort in the lungs)
3. Vitamin C (4 tabs a day for immunosupport)
4. Zinc (1-2 a day to stop & prevent cough)
5. Soy milk and ripe banana smoothie (to stop and prevent diarrhea)
6. Tylenol tabs for fever. Twice a day is usually recommended as the daily dose. Follow the safety precautions on the bottle you purchased.
7. Also eat as much whole foods as possible! Raw, cooked plant-based foods, etc. This will help with your overall immunity.
