My Betty Crocker Moment...

Hello everyone! I hope you all enjoyed your St. Patrick's Day! Yesterday I had a Betty Crocker moment and decided to make some Indian Coconut Macaroons. I was just experimenting so I only made a small amount. Not bad for my first time right?

Overall it tasted pretty good, I just felt that it needed a little more taste to it. I love my desserts to be really tasty! It wasn't too sweet which I was really happy about. My mom has type 2 diabetes so she liked that they weren't too sweet.

I followed one of the tutorial videos on youtube to make these. The ingredients I used were: Coconut pulp, Vanilla Essence, 1 egg white, and crushed peanuts. All I did was toast the Coconut pulp on low in the toaster to harden it a bit. Afterwards I took it out of the toaster and mixed the Vanilla Essence, egg white and crushed peanuts altogether. Formed little balls with them and put them in the toaster....then voila!

Lemme tell ya...it smells soooo GOOD while it's toasting AND it tastes really good after it's toasted!! It's perfect to sprinkle on top of cakes, cupcakes, cookies, donuts, etc. I would toast a whole bag and munch on them throughout the day everyday if I could but I believe in moderation with everything so I wouldn't actually do this lol. Next time I will be sure to perfect this recipe!

Btw there's a new candle fragrance in town:

My Ice Cream Invention

Hey everyone! I thought I`d share a lil `Ice Cream Invention` with you all. One day I decided to have some ice cream on a cone. Thing is the ice cream was hard and I hated the way it sat on the cone so I said to myself f*** it....I`m gonna put the ice cream in a bowl and crush the cone in it and just eat it like that. Do you know this was the best thing ever?! I absolutely LOVED this new way of having an `ice cream cone` lol! Idk if any of you have done this before but it is pure awesomeness! You get to enjoy both the ice cream and cone flavors evenly. If you guys haven`t done this before I suggest you try it out omg! And you can even make this for your kids or any other kids as a fun way to eat ice cream, I mean how cool is that?! I`m a GENIUS! Lol! I had the dyed cones that`s why in one pic you see pink and the other pic has green. You can find these dyed cones at Walmart. I never heard of this technique in having an ice cream dessert but I hope you guys n gals enjoyed this idea. What do you all think about this idea? And if you tried it, how did you like it?
