Maybelline Superstay 24 Color VoxBox Review!

Hello everyone! It's been a while since I've posted any blog entries and I totally apologize about that. LIFE has been happening lately. Anywho, I got a super FAB Influenster Beauty voxbox the other day and I wanted to share my thoughts about it with you! This blog entry is geared toward the ladies, obviously lol.

Maybelline sent me 2 brand new Superstay 24 color lipglosses in a light shade and in a dark shade as you can see in the pictures above. The light shade is called 136 Constant Toast and the darker shade is called 025 Keep Up The Flame. 

In the picture above I have on the Constant Toast and let me just say that I'm NOT a fan of this color. It's way too light for me! I would have preferred a bright shimmery or non-shimmery pink. But I do love the fact that it stays ON no matter what! You're supposed to first apply the gloss, wait about 2 minutes or a lil less, then apply the lip balm as seen in the picture below.

Check out the applicator on this bad boy! I LOVE it!!! ^_^ What do you think? Made for luxurious comfort! lol

Next we have one of my fav lipgloss colors: Keep Up The Flame! Omg do you SEE how sexy this color is?! Ladies you can believe every single word I'm about to tell you....once you apply this combo, THERE'S NO SMEARING OFF! Kiss your man, sip your coffee/tea, accidentally wipe your resume paper across your lips...it AIN'T COMIN' OFF!!!! Wooo Hooooo!!!!! Wear this on a hot date or on date night with your Prince Charming...kiss him passionately...not only will he be super perked up to see you with it on but when he realizes the passionate kiss wasn't a messy one with red lipstick all over his lips, he'll love you even MORE honey! "Yaaaaaassss!!!", as they say lol ;)

Now, the reason for the fading is because I wanted to show you all how I was FINALLY able to remove the lipgloss after it dried up. At first I thought it would be IMPOSSIBLE to remove cuz I tried the good ol' washcloth and water but that didn't work lol. Then a sudden thought came to me..."COCONUT OIL!!!!" Yes! I remembered that coconut oil is the top BEST and all-natural makeup remover! It will take you a couple of tries...I'd say about 6-8 wipes. Your lips may feel slightly raw afterwards so just apply a very moisturizing lip balm when you're done. Voila! 

This is the amazing coconut oil I used to remove the stubborn, yet gorgeous lipgloss! Any coconut oil will do the job right so hakuna matata!

So this was my review of the fantabulous Maybelline Superstay 24 color lipglosses and I hope it helped you out!

Freebies and More Freebies!

Just LOOK at my gorgeous Twizzlers tumbler cuppie!!! I got it today in the mail thanks to the Viggle app! The next thing I got free according to the picture above, is a coupon to redeem a FREE Twix candy bar! Now I had no idea that I would ever win a Twix candy bar just by texting a word to a 5 digit number on my cellphone but it happened lol! Thanks to Pinchme I got these little freebies! Splenda isn't really something that I use but I thought the little box presentation was really neat. It has a little dispenser on the lower left side. The sugar comes out as little pill tablets. You most likely need about 1 or 2 tablets in your coffee or tea.

Next we have the Gold Bond Ultimate Aloe Healing Lotion. This is by far one of the BEST lotions I have ever tried in my life! My hands were a bit chapped and dry after washing dishes using powdered detergent and without gloves. After putting some of the lotion on my hands it INSTANTLY them out! It also works on those who have chapped heels. And of course you have to wash and scrape your feet first before applying the lotion. I HIGHLY recommend this!

And last but not least we have the Kraft Seasoned Parmesan Cheese Classic Italian. I tried this in pasta and in scrambled eggs! YES I said in scrambled eggs! It tastes sooo GOOD! Anything Italian I LOVE! Hey...I may even get married to a sexy Italian Stallion "wink-wink" ^_*   

Pinchme also added an extra something for me. It's a $100 Naked Wines voucher which is expired by now lol. I haven't used it but maybe in the next box they'll give me one again and I'll use it.

So I hope you all enjoyed my product reviews and found it helpful! You all already know how much I love you so I must ALWAYS share goodies with you! (For those of you who are into Astrology, I am a Gemini with a Moon in Cancer personality so you see what kind of person I am). 

Also as I'm blogging here I'm watching a reality show called Extreme Couponing on channel TLC 139. NEVER EVER underestimate the POWER of couponing! YES it is a bit time-consuming BUT it always pays off in the end when you've got a household FULL of yummilicious food and drinks! I've done couponing before and it helped me tremendously. Couponing helps ALL!!

Freebies/Product Reviews

Hey everyone! Check out my freebies! Like I promised in my last freebie blog entry I was gonna post another freebie haul. So here's my Julep Maven freebie box. Technically it wasn't free cuz I had to pay $3.95 for shipping but hey, it's better than paying $25 for my welcome box right? 

Anywho, from left to right we have 3 nail polishes and one lipgloss. The 1st item is the Vicki nail polish which is the coral/pink color which I absolutely LOVE! I have a cousin's wedding coming up at the end of the month and I plan to wear this nail color on my toesies while my fingernails have a classic French manicure. Can't wait! ^_^ 

Next there's the Flora nail polish which is the purple color and has light, little shimmers throughout it. Uber cute! I'm not much of a purple person but I would def wear this nail color for a change. 

Furthermore we have the Shelly nail polish which is the very light blue color. Perfect nail color for the Spring and Summer seasons! I remember seeing my Twinnie Miss Asa Soltan Rahmati, from the reality show "Shahs of Sunset" on BRAVO, with a very similar nail color in one of her videos on youtube. It looks grrreat!

And finally we have the Graceful lipgloss. I absolutely LOVE this lipgloss! It has a Vanilla/Marshmallow scent and it goes on nude. It has a slightly thick consistency which I can tell will actually last for at least 4 hours. I hope it lasts longer but I'll have to try it for a whole day to see for myself.

Here's another freebie! This one was 100% FREE, didn't have to pay for shipping or anything. Haven't had Lucky Charms cereal in DECADES and this one tasted really good! I would def buy a full-sized box to enjoy and reminisce my childhood. Oh the memories! Thanks to FreeFlys I got it for free!

These aren't free but I thought I would share these super CUTE heart-shaped jewelry pieces that I bought for really cheap off of the mercari app. If you're interested in shopping on this app, be sure to download the pp and use code ZVPYRS for some starter cash! BzzAgent sent me 3 campaigns last month and boy was I HAPPY! It was like Christmas during Springtime! So the first freebie was the Aussie 3-Minute Miracle Moist Hair Conditioner. I love how they sent me 2 of them plus a coupon to buy another one! I tried this twice in my hair as both a shampoo and conditioner....omg....my hair was silky smooth, manageable and smelled REALLY GOOD! I HIGHLY recommend this hair product to everyone! It's great for ALL HAIR TYPES! You will NOT regret it this I promise you! If you don't feel like shopping for this at a physical store, you can buy it on amazon.

The second freebie they sent me was the disposable Schick Hydro Silk razor, 3 of them, the Skintimate Skin Therapy Moroccan Oil shaving cream and some coupons for both the razors and shaving cream to share with family and friends. The shaving cream was awesome as always. The razors were awesome as well and I especially like the little gel-like release from the razor after each stroke. It gives the skin a really smooth finish leaving your skin as smooth as a baby's bottom. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

And last but not least we've got the brand new Silk Cashew Milk. They gave me 2 regular coupons, a 3rd coupon to redeem my free Cashew Milk which was really GOOD, and 2 recipe cards to use with the Cashew Milk. I would say this is def a must try! It's a much healthier option than regular milk!

Freebie Bars and Books!

Howdy everyone! Thought I would share with you a couple of awesome freebies that I got in the mail recently. In the picture above I got a Good Energy Premier Protein Bar from the wonderful, the amazing, FreeFlys.com! It came with a $1.00 off coupon and brochure of their current protein food products.

 I wasn't too hot about the taste of it...the center didn't taste like peanut butter AT ALL lol. I mean don't get me wrong, overall it was good but I felt that it could have tasted a lot better. This is just my personal opinion, you guys n gals just might love it!

Next we have the wonderful Clif Bars also from FreeFlys.com. They sent me 2 FREE bars as you can see in the pictures above! I liked both bars although I found the Berry Pomegranate Chia bar a little too sweet. However the Nuts and Seeds Bar was just right, it was a nice and delicate blend of sweet and salty. Nothing extreme in taste. I could definitely see myself eating this bar after a nice 30 minute or 1 hour workout session. I checked out their website at clifbar.com and checked out the prices. One of a dozen (12) costs $15 which I think is awesome! They've got so many flavors! It doesn't matter how picky you are I promise you you'll find at least one flavor that you'll enjoy! I can't wait to buy my first box!

And last but def not least, I got this free book from one of these religious sites, I believe through FreeFlys.com also. I haven't read the book yet but it seems to talk about various women around the world who have encountered abuse and by the Grace of God they were able to escape. Sounds very inspirational and heart-warming.

Al Dente Pasta Barilla Review (BzzAgent)

  This pasta is Al Dente, meaning you won't experience any blood sugar spikes after eating it. No extreme hunger after eating it yaaay! This is the BEST pasta to eat! 

Barilla has a new line of Al Dente pastas which you can choose from. I notice each noodle type has a fancy Italian name such as the one I have which is called casarecce. It's the twisted noodle as seen in the picture above. I remember first learning about the Al Dente pasta on the Dr. Oz Show. It was spoken about by a native Italian lady who happens to be from one of those Reality Housewives shows. I would assume that it's safe for all Diabetics to eat whenever they crave pasta. 

I tried the pasta and like the box said, it only took about 9 to 10 minutes to cook. I made it with my favorite Alfredo sauce along with some McCormick's Thyme seasoning and Mrs. Dash seasoning. BEST COMBO EVER! It had an addicting flavor and my family absolutely LOVED it! I am not Italian but I LOVE Italian food and it is my specialty. I don't mean to toot my own horn but I can whip up a mean Italian dish lol! 

Thank you Pasta Barilla for sending this product to me for free! I will def be buying from this new line of pasta! I think you guys oughta try it too, you will LOVE it!

Gives instant color impact with it's high intensity pigments. The ultra-smooth and creamy formula glides on easily. I tried this on the back of my hand and YES this product would be EXCELLENT for the eyes! Aside from the liquid eyeliners I like to use, I would HIGHLY recommend this eyeliner!

7. McCormick Gourmet Thyme (4.79)

The freshest flavors deserve a fresh new look! McCormick Gourmet's Thyme imparts a light minty flavor that is distinctively warm and aromatic. McCormick Gourmet Thyme can be used throughout the day in dishes such as breakfast casseroles, hearty soups, stews, stuffing and oven-roasted chicken. I've tried this in food and it made all my meals taste really GOOD!

8. Fruit Vines Bites ($1.28-$1.79)
